I work with a diverse range of adults, couples, teens & parents to help them learn from their body, mind and emotions, creating space for new ways of being and increased fulfillment and ease.

Why Somatic Psychotherapy?

Clients typically chose to work with me when they realize that they are "stuck", feeling an urgency to change and sense that their body may have something to do with their healing and liberation.  Somatic Psychotherapy often supports clients to feel better and be more of the person they want to be in this world.

What is a Session like?

In a session we will study how you do life, creating a safe place to slow down and be present with what is happening with your whole self.  We will identify areas, patterns or ways of being and relating that are making it difficult for you to realize what you want for yourself, your life or your relationships.  We will also explore, expand and hone what is working for you, building on your strengths.
